Rule 181
Proposal that the Speaker or the Vice-President has not behaved in accordance with the position
(1) If any member feels that the Speaker or the Vice-President has not behaved in accordance with his position, he may submit a motion in that regard after receiving the support of one-fourth of the total number of members of the National Assembly. (2) Upon receipt of a proposal as per sub-rule (1), the Secretary General or in his absence the Secretary shall submit the proposal to the Vice-Chairman if it is against the Chairman, to the Chairman if it is against the Vice-Chairman, and to both the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman at the same time. If received, it will be submitted to the senior member nominated to preside over the meeting according to Rule 10. The day and time will be set so that it will be discussed in the meeting within seven days from the date of registration of such proposal. (3) Copies of the proposal will be distributed to all members at least one day before the day of discussion on the proposal under sub-rule (1).
